We reserve the right to request additional documentation to certify ownership of the accounts or payment cards used. Payout requests are subject to internal security checks. Any operational costs applied by the circuit operators will be highlighted before transaction confirmation.

The digital services are provided in their current state, without additional guarantees regarding the complete absence of temporary technical interruptions due to force majeure or network maintenance. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the user's account in case of proven violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or in compliance with explicit requests from judicial authorities.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. For any legal dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the Court of Roma, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
